Objective:To analyze the coincidence rate of biopsy pathology- of cervical cancer and postoperative paraffin pathology- and its clinical significance.Methods:428 cases of cervical cancer were selected. The coincidence rate of preoperative cervical cancer biopsy pathology- and postoperative paraffin pathology- was statistically analyzed, and the coincidence rate of preoperative cervical cancer biopsy and postoperative paraffin pathology was compared between different pathological types and tumor stages. The clinical significance of preoperative and postoperative pathologic coincidence rate was analyzed. Results:The coincidence rate of pathological results of cervical cancer biopsy and postoperative paraffin pathology in 428 cases was 86.68% .The coincidence rate between preoperative and postoperative pathology- of squamous cell carcinoma was 98.41% ,which was significantly higher than that of 72.83% of adenocarcinoma patients and 48.72% of other pathological Upes(P 〈 0.05).The pathologic coincidence rate of the tumor stage I A stage to II A patients was 83.16% before and after the operation, which was lower than that of the patients in stage II A of 95.20%(P〈 0.05).Conclusion:According to preoperative cervical biopsy pathological diagnosis of cervical cancer may occur missed diagnosis. The pathological features of early cervical cancer and rare pathological Upe cervical cancer should be strengthened to reduce the missed diagnosis.
