结肠癌致肠梗阻的CT诊断价值分析

Analysis of the value of CT diagnosis of intestinal obstruction caused by colon cancer

目的:探讨结肠癌致肠梗阻的CT诊断价值。方法:收治结肠癌致肠梗阻患者98例,分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用X线检查,研究组采用CT检查,比较两组检查结果。结果:研究组诊断符合率、病因检出率、直接征象检出率及间接征象检出率等均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:结肠癌致肠梗阻的CT诊断价值较高。

Objective：To explore the value of CT diagnosis of intestinal obstruction caused by colon cancer.Methods：98 patients with intestinal obstruction caused by colon cancer were selected.They were divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was given X-ray examination.The study group was given CT examination.We compared the examination results of two groups.Results：In the study group,the diagnostic coincidence rate,the detectable rate of the etiology,the detection rate of direct signs and the detection rate of indirect signs were all significantly higher than those of the control group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The value of CT diagnosis of intestinal obstruction caused by colon cancer was high.
