疾病细节管理在社区高血压管理中的作用

The role of detail management of disease in the management of hypertension in the community

目的:探讨疾病细节管理用于社区高血压管理中的作用。方法:收治高血压患者200例,分两组。对照组予以高血压常规日常管理,治疗组在此基础上予以高血压疾病细节管理,并于3～6个月后比较两组高血压相关知识知晓率、服药依从性及高血压控制情况。结果:细节管理后3～6个月后,患者对高血压相关知识的知晓率、服药依从性及血压控制率均显著提高。结论:细节管理能明显提高患者对高血压的认知和自我管理能力、服药依从性及高血压控制率。

Objective：To investigate the role of detail management of disease in the management of community hypertension. Methods：200 cases of hypertension patients were selected.They were divided into the two groups.The control group was given the routine management of hypertension,and the treatment group was given the details management of hypertension on this basis.After 3 - 6 months,the awareness rate of hypertension related knowledge,medication compliance and hypertension control in the two groups were compared.Results：After 3 - 6 months of detailed management,the awareness rate of hypertension related knowledge, the compliance of medication and the control rate of blood pressure were significantly increased.Conclusion：Detail management can improve the patient＇s cognition and self management ability to hypertension,the compliance of medication and the control rate of hypertension.
