关节镜辅助下修复重建膝关节后外侧脱位合并多发韧带损伤的临床疗效分析

Clinical effect of arthroscopic repairing posterior lateral dislocation of knee joint with multiple ligament injury

目的探讨关节镜辅助下修复重建膝关节后外侧脱位合并多发韧带损伤的临床疗效。方法收集2014年10月至2016年10月入院的80例膝关节后外侧脱位合并多发韧带损伤患者,按随机数字表法分为两组各40例,对照组予开放手术,观察组予关节镜辅助,比较两组治疗前后膝关节功能、稳定性、韧带损伤程度、活动度、Lysholm评分与生活质量评分。结果观察组治疗后IKDC2000评分、侧-侧位移差、Marshall韧带损伤评分、关节活动度水平、各维度Lysholm功能评分、Lysholm总分与各维度生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论关节镜辅助下修复重建膝关节后外侧脱位合并多发韧带损伤的临床疗效显著,可有效改善生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic assisted repair of posterior lateral dislocation of the knee joint with multiple ligament injury.Methods Eighty patients with posterior lateral dislocation and multiple ligament injury admitted in our hospital between October 2014 and October 2016 were randomly divided into control and observation groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open operation.The observation group was treated with arthroscopic assisted therapy.The degree of knee function,stability,ligament injury,activity,Lysholm score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The scores of IKDC2000 score,side-lateral displacement difference,Marshall ligament injury score,joint mobility level,Lysholm function score of each dimension,total Lysholm score and quality of life score of each dimension were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of the arthroscopic assisted therapy is significant.It can effectively improve the quality of life.
