奥卡西平对青年男性癫痫患者精液、性功能及性激素影响研究

Effects of oxcarbazepine on semen,sexual function and sex hormones in newly diagnosed young male patients with epilepsy

目的探讨奥卡西平对青年男性癫痫患者精液、性功能及性激素的影响。方法检测21例青年男性癫痫患者服用奥卡西平前、后的精液质量、性功能及性激素水平。结果用药6个月与用药前比较,卵泡刺激素水平显著升高(P<0.05),其余各项差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。用药12个月与用药前比较,勃起功能得分显著上升,早泄诊断得分显著下降,卵泡刺激素水平显著升高(P<0.05),其余各项差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论奥卡西平可能对改善青年男性癫痫患者精液质量有益,可以改善患者性功能,使患者卵泡刺激素水平升高。

Objective To explore the effects of oxcarbazepine on the semen,sexual function and sex hormones of young men with epilepsy.Methods The semen quality,sexual function,and sex hormone levels after treatment in 21 newly diagnosed patients were compared with those before treatment.Results After 6 months of treatment,the level of follicle stimulating hormone（ FSH） was significantly higher than that before treatment（ P〈0. 01） but there was no statistical significance in other parameters（ P〉0. 05）. After 12 months of treatment,the score of erectile function was increased significantly,the score of premature ejaculation was decreased significantly and the level of FSH was increased significantly than that before treatment（ P〈0. 01） but there was no statistical significance in other parameters（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Oxcarbazepine may be beneficial for improving semen quality in young male patients with epilepsy,so that can improve the patient＇s sexual function and increase the patient＇s FSH level.
