局放在线监测和带电检测信息融合标准化方案

摘要 由于目前没有局放设备信息统一标准,局放在线监测与带电检测信息孤岛现象严重。文中依据XML、IEC 61850文件服务提出标准局放文件模型,从设备信息、局放简报、局放谱图、趋势分析几个方面提出信息标准化方案,使现有在线监测与带电检测各自独立的分析软件达到信息兼容、互操作的效果。实测表明,同一次现场局放缺陷,在线监测后台与带电检测设备获取数据一致,且可以相互展示,可无缝融入设备状态监测管理系统,有效避免用户在不同监测平台及设备上相互切换、操作复杂、信息误导等问题,具有工程应用推广价值。 As there is no standard for information integration for PD monitoring devices, information islands exist in the PD on-line and off-line monitoring devices. APD information file model is put forward, which is based on XML and IEC 61850 file model. The information standardization scheme is proposed from the aspects of device information, abstract, spectrum diagram and trend analysis of PD event. The goal of standardization of information is to let the PD on-line and off-line devices share information and interoperation. The testing shows that the data information of PD field fault event can be processed and displayed on PD on-line and off-line monitoring system. The results of two sytems are consistent. The users do not need to switch from different systems. It avoids the complicated operation and error information. The scheme can be widely adopted in the engineering industry.
