摘要 国内顶驱扭摆减阻技术尚不成熟,作业过程中设置的扭矩极限和扭转角度仍然依靠经验获取,与井下实际情况有误差,导致顶驱扭摆作业不能在安全的范围内发挥最佳效果。为此,建立了一种适用于扭摆减阻工艺的摩阻扭矩计算模型,并在此基础上开发出一套摩阻扭矩分析软件,制定了闭环扭摆减阻工艺实施流程。将软件应用于L26-1井和D202井,软件计算结果与实际测试结果误差较小,均在10%以内,符合现场实际钻井作业要求。研究的顶驱扭摆减阻控制技术能够安全高效地指导扭摆减阻作业,可有效解决滑动钻进过程中的托压问题。 The domestic technology of drag reduction control for torsion and oscillation in top drive system( TDS) slide drilling is not yet mature. The torque limit and torsion angle during drilling are still set by experience,which is inconsistent with the actual downhole situation,resulting in hindered performance of the top-drive in a safe working range. To address the issue,a friction torque calculation model for drag reduction technology is established,based on which friction torque analysis software is developed. The implementation process of the closed loop drag reduction control for TDS torsion and oscillation is established. The software was applied to Well L26-1 and Well D202. The error between the software calculation results and the actual test results was small,and within 10%for two wells,which was in accordance with the actual drilling operation requirements. The study on the drag reduction control technology for TDS torsion and oscillation can safely and effectively guide the drag reduction operation,and effectively address the weight stack in slide drilling.
