透明剂对纸张透明度及力学性能的影响

摘要 传统方法生产透明纸对浆料种类限制大,对生产设备要求高,限制了它的广泛应用.透明剂的添加为改良现有工艺开辟了一条新途径.本研究采用甲基丙烯酸甲酯的预聚物作为透明剂,对纸张浸渍处理,探究浸渍条件对纸张透明度以及纸张物理性能的影响.结果表明:当透明剂固含量为30%,浸渍温度为40℃,浸渍时间为10s时,针叶木浆纸的透明度可以达到78%,提高了58%,平滑度也大幅提高,弹性模量提高到6.18 MPa,使用甲基丙烯酸甲酯预聚体作为透明剂可明显改善纸张透明度差的问题. The traditional method of producing transparent paper has a great limitation on the kinds of pulp and high requirement for production equipment.The addition of the transparent agent has opened up a new way for improving the existing technology.In this study,the prepolymer of methylmethacrylate was used as a transparent agent for paper impregnation,and the effects of impregnation conditions on paper transparency and physical properties of paper were investigated.The results show that,when the solid content of the transparent agent is30% and the impregnation time is 10 sin the condition of 40℃,the transparency of the softwood paper can reach 78%,the 58%is improved,the smoothness is increased significantly,and the elastic modulus is increased to 6.18 MPa,using methylmethacrylate prepolymer as a transparent agent can improve the opacity of paper significantly.
