摘要
通过高温熔融法制备了Eu_2O_3掺杂的CaO-B_2O_3-SiO_2(CBS)发光玻璃材料,并在制备过程中采用还原气氛和还原剂原位制备得到了Eu^(2+)/Eu^(3+)共掺杂的CBS发光玻璃,使用荧光分光光度计对发光玻璃的发光特性和荧光寿命进行了研究.荧光测试表明,Eu2O3掺杂的CBS发光玻璃样品在激发下出现Eu^(3+)的特征发射峰,其荧光强度和荧光衰减寿命均随掺杂摩尔分数的增加出现先增大后减小的变化,其荧光猝灭浓度约在0.8mol%附近,此时的荧光寿命约为2.05ms.在还原气氛下(活性炭)加入还原剂(酒石酸钠)原位还原得到的Eu^(2+)/Eu^(3+)共掺杂的CBS发光玻璃中Eu^(3+)的发射峰强度明显降低(394nm激发),而在400nm附近处出现了归属于Eu^(2+)的宽谱带发射峰(347nm激发).分析表明,随着还原气氛以及还原剂用量的变化,发射峰的强度和位置也发生相应变化.
A series of luminescent glass composed of CaO-B2O3-SiO2(CBS)single-doped with europium(Eu2O3)were prepared by melting-quenching method at high temperature.Furthermore,the Eu^2+/Eu^3+co-doped luminescent CBS glass were prepared by in-situ reduction methods at reduced atmosphere.The spectroscopic properties of the samples were investigated by fluorescence spectrophotometer.It is showed that the luminescent intensity and lifetime of the Eu-doped samples increase with the concentration of Eu and the quenching concentration of Eu2 O3 in CBS system is 0.8 mol%.At 347 nm excitation,the Eu^2+/Eu^3+ codoped luminescent CBS glass present the luminescent peak located at 400 nm which belong to the 4f5d-4 ftransition of Eu^2+,and the intensity and location of the emission peak could be tuned with the change of reduction atmosphere or the dosage of reductant.
