摘要
探明玉米幼苗对干旱胁迫的生理响应,为玉米抗旱育种及生产管理提供参考,采用土培盆栽及人工控制浇水量模拟干旱胁迫的方法,研究耐旱玉米品种鲁玉14在3叶期幼苗受轻度、中度和重度干旱胁迫24h、48h和72h的过氧化物酶活性、可溶性蛋白质含量、丙二醛含量和脯氨酸含量变化。结果表明:玉米幼苗随干旱胁迫强度增加和胁迫时间延长,其过氧化物酶活性逐渐升高,且随胁迫时间延长过氧化物酶活性升高的趋势渐缓,可溶性蛋白、丙二醛和脯氨酸含量均呈不同程度增加趋势。不同程度干旱胁迫对玉米幼苗各项生理指标的影响明显。
To explore the physiological response of maize seedlings under drought stress,and provide references for drought-resistant breeding and production management of maize,in this paper the authors detected the variation of peroxidase activity,soluble protein content,malondialdehyde content and proline content of seedlings of drought-resistant maize cultivar Luyu 14,which was under drought stress for 24 h(light),48 h(moderate)and 72 h(severe)in three-leaf period.The drought stress was simulated by artificial control of water amount in a pot experiment.Results:With drought stress intensity increasing and stress time prolonging,peroxidase activity increased gradually,and the increasing trend slowed down with time,contents of soluble protein,malondialdehyde and proline increased in varying degrees.Drought stress in different degree has obvious influence on various physiological indicators of maize seedlings.
