摘要
为火龙果科学的肥水管理和采收贮藏提供参考依据,以紫红龙果实为材料,研究其果实生长发育过程中果形指数、单果重、可食率、果皮厚度、可溶性固形物、可滴定总酸及果实色度等的变化。结果表明:果实生长发育过程中,果实纵横径、单果重、果肉鲜重和可溶性固形物含量逐渐增长,其中纵横径、单果重在授粉后30d趋于稳定,果肉鲜重和可溶性固形物含量一直增加至采样结束;果皮厚度呈快速变厚-缓慢变厚-快速变薄的变化趋势;可滴定酸含量呈小幅下降再升高后降低,在授粉后36d达最大值;果皮颜色呈黄绿色-粉红色-深红色-紫红色的变化规律。
The variation in fruit shape index,single fruit weight,edible rate,peel thickness,soluble solid,titratable acidity and fruit chrominance of purple red Hylocereus undulatus during the fruit growth and development period was analyzed to provide a reference for scientific nutrient and water management,harvest and storage of H.undulatus.Result:The longitudinal and transverse diameter,single fruit weight,flesh fresh weight and soluble solid content of purple red H.undulatus gradually increase during the fruit growth and development period.The longitudinal and transverse diameter and single fruit weight tend to stabilization on 30 thday after pollination but the flesh fresh weight and soluble solid content of purple red H.undulatusincrease all the way until harvest.The peel thickness of purple red H.undulatus shows the thickening-slowly thickening-rapidly thinning trend.The titratable acidity content of purple red H.undulatus presents the decrease slightly-rising-decrease trend and reaches the maximum on 36 thday after pollination.The peel color of purple red H.undulatus shows the green yellow-pink-deep red-purple red change regulation.
