Based on the standpoint of theories on personality in Confucianism to analyze Feng Youlan＇s life realm,it can be seen that each type of person in life realm has its own unique personality characteristics and value orientation matched with the ＂personality＂in the theories on personality in Confucianism.This paper analyzes personality characteristics and value orientation of Feng Youlan＇s life realm in order to clarify the relevance of Feng Youlan＇s life realm and the theories on personality in Confucianism,expounding its enrichment and expansion of the theories on personality in Confucianism. What ＇s more,based on this,it reveals that the essence of the promotion of life realm is not only the process of abandoning,transcending the selfish individual but also the developing and perfecting of the dominant individual.
