摘要
通过对"食品工厂设计"传统教学过程中存在的问题探讨,提出对该课程进行校企合作的教学改革,优化教学内容和改进教学模式,并且对其成效和先进性进行分析,从而推动食品工厂设计的应用型专业人才的培养。
This research discussed the problems existing in the traditional teaching process of Food Factory Design,and introduced the teaching reform of university-enterprise cooperation. The teaching reform optimized the teaching contents and improved the teaching mode. This paper analyzed the effectiveness and advancement of the teaching reform to train the practical and professional talents of the food factory design.
