Practical teaching is a very important part of the Food Engineering Principles course,and the laboratory is an important base for cultivating talents of innovation and practice. Therefore,Food Engineering Principles of the construction of the laboratory is particularly important. The existing main problems were analyzed in practical teaching of Food Engineering Principles,the key and importance of the construction of virtual laboratory for Food Engineering Principles were described.
