摘要
警务指挥体系效率提升的对策是关于警务指挥体系组织效率的理论性思考,探究效率的路径研究是现代警务"打防控管服"体系建设的需要。提升公安警务指挥体系效率需要从四个部分进行完善和提高,即坚持完善指挥中心建制结构,坚持整合指挥机构提高指挥权威,坚持强化信息情报引领指挥运转,坚持完善合成化指挥联动机制,不断提升警务指挥体系的性能效率,为科学、有效的警务指挥提供有力支撑。
The improvement of the efficiency of the police command system is the theoretical thinking about the organizational efficiency of the police command system, and the research on the path of efficiency is the need for the construction of the modern police system： combat, prevention, control, management, service. The improvement of the efficiency of the public security police command system needs to be improved and strengthened from four parts, that is, to improve the structure of the command center, to insist on the integration of the command organization to improve the command authority, to insist on strengthening the information intelligence to lead the command operation, and to insist on perfecting the synthetic command linkage mechanism, improving the performance and efficiency of the police command system, and providing strong support for scientific and effective police service command.
