不同鞋种形成的步幅特征差异性研究

On the Differences of Stride Characteristics among Different Shoe Types

足迹是犯罪现场遗留率、提取率最高的痕迹之一,特别是成趟足迹在刑事犯罪现场中的出现率比较高,在侦查破案、打击犯罪中一直发挥着重要作用。随着犯罪嫌疑人反侦察意识和伪装意识不断增强,犯罪现场通过采取穿着不同种鞋进行作案或作案后销毁鞋子的方法来逃避侦查人员视线的案件屡见不鲜。本文对同一人穿着运动鞋、皮鞋、拖鞋、休闲鞋时在同一承痕客体所形成的成趟足迹的步幅特征进行数据测量及比较分析,研究穿着不同鞋种的同一人的步幅特征变化情况,即步长、步宽、步角之间的变化及差异性,并运用同一认定理论对其进行综合分析。

Footprint is one of the traces of the crime scene’s legacy rate and the highest extraction rate. In particular, the incidence of cluster-footprint in criminal crime scenes is relatively high, has always played an important role in detecting criminal cases and cracking down on crimes. With the growing awareness of criminal suspects’ counter-reconnaissance and disguise, in crime scenes, escape the sight of investigators by wearing different kinds of shoes to commit crimes or destroy shoes after committing the crime, which is not uncommon. This paper measures and compares the stride characteristics of cluster-footprint formed by the same person wearing sports shoes, leather shoes, slippers and casual shoes. Study the changes in stride characteristics of the same person wearing different types of shoes. That is, the variation and difference between step length, step width and step angle, and use the same identification theory to conduct a comprehensive analysis.
