摘要
介绍了喷漆机库供电负荷等级、负荷计算和供配电设计,分析了危险区域电气设计的常规做法。提出喷漆机库供配电设计时,为了保证一些比较特殊的工艺设备及专用设备供电的可靠性,需要设置独立的配电系统或回路;在满足工艺维修要求及生产安全的前提下,应尽可能减少防爆电气设备的数量。
The load level,load calculation,power supply and distribution design of aircraft spray paint hangar were introduced,and the electrical design of hazardous area was analyzed. It is pointed out that the power supply and distribution design of aircraft spray paint hangar should set the independent distribution system or circuit,in order to ensure the reliability of some special process equipment and special equipment for the power supply. Under the premise that meets the requirements of process maintenance and safety production,it is as far as possible to reduce the number of explosion-proof electrical equipments.
