The large-scale power supply blackout accident of IKEA shopping mall was introduced,which attributed the override trip of 10kV bus feeder switch for the interphase short circuit of tenant distribution bus duct. The process of finding fault and the methods of emergency measures were described. After the accident investigation,the causes of faults were analyzed. After switchgear manufacturer tested the fault system on the scene,the protective measures for electrical faults were established. It can provide references for electrical design,electrical equipment commissioning and future operation and maintenance of similar shopping malls.
