基于乳化性能设计的驱油用新型三元复合体系评价 被引量:5

摘要 综合考虑了碱、活性剂、聚合物对三元复合体系乳化性能的影响,建立了一种评价复合体系乳化性能Ie的方法,并评价了基于乳化性能设计的配方1和常规超低界面张力配方2的乳化性能;为对比配方1和配方2的驱油效果,研究乳化作用对洗油效率的影响,进行了驱油实验。结果表明,配方1的乳化性能Ie为0.689,高于配方2的0.462;界面张力非超低,但乳化性能更好的配方1的驱油效果不亚于常规超低界面张力配方2;在300×10^(-3)μm^2、800×10^(-3)μm^2和1 200×10^(-3)μm^2渗透率级别下,渗透率越高,配方1提高采收率幅度越大,最高可比配方2高5%左右;配方1的残余阻力系数高于配方2,且渗透率越低,配方1残余阻力系数越高;原油乳化后形成的乳状液能够有效启动盲端残余油和簇状残余油。 Based on the effects of alkaline, surfaetant and polymer on emulsifying property of ASP system, a method for evaluating the emulsifying property Ie of the ASP system was established, and the emulsifying performance I of the fornmla 1 based on emulsifying performanee design and the formula 2 with ultra-low IFT was evaluated. To compare the oil displacement effect of formula 1 with fornmla 2 and study the influenee of enmlsifieation on displacement efficiency, a series of oil displacement experiments were carried out. The experimental results show that Ie of formula 1 is 0. 689 ,which is higher than 0. 462 of formula 2 ; oil displacement effect of formula 1 with better emulsifying properly is not worse than that of formula 2 with ultra-low IFT;under the permeability of 300 ×10-3μm2,800 ×10-3μm2 and 1 200 ×10-3μm2, the enhanced oil recovery of formula 1 is higher than that of formula 2, and it increases with the increase of the permeabilily;the residual resistance coefficient of formula 1 is higher than that of formula 2, and it increases with the reduction of permeability ; the emulsion formed after the emulsification of crude oil can effectively start blind-end residual oil and cluster residual oil.
