党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视党的建设。本文在学习"两学一做"相关文件精神的基础上,结合高校二级学院"两学一做"学习教育的情况,深入剖析了当前党员队伍现状,对"两学一做"中存在的问题进行了调研,从制度建设、学习内容、实施方案、学习方式、档案管理、监督考核等方面,提出新时代高校二级学院加强"两学一做"学习教育的措施,确保"两学一做"学习教育见实效。

Since the opening of 18th CPC National Congress theParty Central Committee, Xi Jinping, as the general secretary, attachesgreat importance to the Party＇s construction. Based on thespirit of ＂Two Studies, One Action＂, and combined with thelearning situation in the secondary colleges, the paper analyzedthe current situation of Party members. With the conducting researchfrom the perspective of system construction, learning content,implementation plan, file management, supervision and evaluation,this paper put forward the measures to strengthenlearning, to ensure the learning effect in the secondary colleges ofhigher institutions in the new era.
