摘要
"好教师"不仅仅是公众对教师的一种称谓,更是公众对高质量教育需求的体现。中西方文化背景中指导思想、思维方式和价值取向等方面的差异对不同视角下"好教师"的标准制定产生了一定的影响,使得中西方的标准呈现出不同的特点。本文对比中西方在专业、学生和家长不同的视角中"好教师"标准存在的差异和差距,可对我国当前"好教师"标准的实际情况进行反思,并借鉴西方文化中的精髓部分来指导教师的专业发展,提升教育质量。
"Good teacher" is not only a public name for teachers,but also a reflection of public demand for high-quality education.The differences in guiding ideology, mode of thinking and valueorientation in the cultural background of China and the West,have a certain influence on the standard setting of "good teachers"from different perspectives, which makes the standards ofChina and the West show different characteristics. Comparing thedifferences in the standards of "good teachers" between Chinaand the West in perspectives of majors, students and parents, wecan introspect our actual situation, and draw lessons from thequintessence of Western culture to promote the professional developmentof teachers and improve the quality of education.
