以就业意向为导向的实习模式构建——以西南科技大学思想政治教育专业为例

On the Construction of a Practice Model Oriented by Employment Intention: Taking the Ideological and Political Education Specialty of Southwest University of Science and Technology as an Example

目前我国的高等教育已经由原来的精英化教育转向了大众化教育,招生规模逐年扩大,在这样的大形势背景下,高校如何促进保证学生的就业成了首当其冲的任务。文章根据西南科技大学非师范类思政教育的专业特点,并结合学校学院实际,尝试从前期设计、实地调研、基地建立、全程跟踪管理、总结分析以及后期反馈六个环节对以就业意向为导向的实习模式进行构建,并分析了流程构建中需要注意的相关问题,以期提升思政教育专业学生的就业能力和核心竞争力。

China＇s higher education is gradually transformed tomass education. In this context, how to promote the employmentof students has become the first task of universities. In accordancewith the characteristics of the non-teacher-training ideologicaland political education specialty in Southwest Universityof Science and Technology, and based on the reality of the university,this paper attempts to construct a practice model orientedby employment intention from such six links as previous design,field research, base establishment, whole-process tracking management,summarization and analysis and post feedback. It alsoanalyzes the related problems in the construction process thatneed to be paid attention to, in order to enhance the employmentability and core competitiveness of students majoring in ideologicaland political education.
