摘要 随着近年来功能性食品行业的快速发展,高校食品专业课程也需要不断地改革创新。本文从"功能性食品"课程体系、教学模式及考核模式出发,结合一线教学实践经验,从构建"功能性食品"教学体系、创新教学方式及考核方式等方面对该项课程提出优化建议。经检验,"功能性食品"的教学实践改革取得了良好的教学效果,具有一定的借鉴及指导意义。 With the rapid development of functional food industryin recent years, the curriculum of food specialty in colleges anduniversities needs continuous reform and innovation. Startingfrom the curriculum system, teaching mode and assessment modeof "Functional Food", combined with the teaching experience,this paper puts forward suggestions for optimizing this coursefrom the aspects of building functional food teaching system, innovatingteaching methods and assessment methods. Through theexamination, the teaching practice reform of "Functional Food"has achieved good teaching effect, and has certain reference andguiding significance.
