远程条件下新型职业农民培养实现途径探究——以郴州地区为例

摘要 郴州从实施新型职业农民培养以来面临很多困境,也存在一些问题。新型职业农民的培养,教育培训是重点环节。湖南电大从2014开始实施"农民大学生培养"计划,为我省新型职业农民的培养做出了积极的贡献。文章以郴州"农民大学生培养"计划为契机,将远程教育条件与新型职业农民培养相结合,探讨了新型职业农民培养的实现途径,以期为新型职业农民培养提供更多的参考借鉴。 Chenzhou has been facing many difficulties and problemssince the cuiltivation of new professional farmers. In thecultivation of new professional farmers, education and training isthe key link. From 2014, Hu'nan TV University began to implementthe "farmer college student training" program, which hasmade positive contributions to the cultivation of new professionalfarmers in our province. Taking "farmer college student training"in Chenzhou as an opportunity, this paper combines remote educationwith the cultivation of new professional farmers, and exploredthe ways of the cultivation, with a view to providing morereference for the cultivation of new professional farmers.
