20世纪产生了现代智库,我国的现代智库在20世纪80年代初期出现,至今只经历了较短的发展时间。美国相较于中国在智库建设方面具有更加丰富的经验和历程,就这个层面来说,我国的智库研究和建设相较于美国仍有较大的差距,因此进行两国智库的共同研究就显得尤其重要。我国全国教育科研所提出需要完善教育智库,这就需要对美国的教育智库进行深入分析,对其历史概况以及未来的发展趋势进行把握。

At the beginning of the 20th century, modern thinktanks emerged. China＇s modern think tanks emerged in the early1980s and have so far experienced a short period of 30 years ofdevelopment.
