墨子是我国春秋战国时期的思想家、哲学家、政治家、军事家,其以独到的见解、鲜明的主张对我国传统管理思想的发展产生了深远的影响。本文通过对墨家一些管理思想的论述,重在对墨家管理思想的提倡和发扬,以更好地促进综合型社会性质的高校建立和管理,也更好地发扬传统文化。

Mozi was a thinker, philosopher, politician, and militaristduring the Spring and Autumn and Warring States period inChina. His unique insight and distinctive ideas had a profoundimpact on the development of China＇s traditional managementideas. In this paper, through the discussion of some Mohist managementthoughts, it focuses on advocating and carrying forwardthe Mohist management thoughts, so as to promote the establishmentand management of colleges and universities that is of amore comprehensive social nature, and to better promote traditionalculture.
