大扶贫格局下滁州市农村金融精准扶贫的微观路径研究

Research on the Micro-path of Financial Accurate Poverty Alleviation in Rural Areas in Chuzhou City under the Pattern of Great Poverty Alleviation

十九大后,中国特色社会主义进入了新时代。精准扶贫是新时代我国扶贫开发的指导性思想,而金融作为市场经济的核心,实施金融精准扶贫关系着扶贫的战略全局。本文立足于安徽省滁州市,通过实地调研和文献查阅,对滁州市精准扶贫过程中金融业存在的问题进行梳理,并针对性地提出了解决建议,期望滁州市实现乡村全面振兴,实现农业强、农村美和农民富和两个一百年奋斗目标。

After the 19th National Congress, socialism with Chinesecharacteristics entered a new era. Accurate poverty alleviationis the guiding ideology of China＇s poverty alleviation in thenew era, and finance is the core of the market economy, so theimplementation of financial accurate poverty alleviation is relatedto the overall strategy of poverty alleviation. Based on ChuzhouCity, Anhui Province, through field investigations and literaturereview, the problems in the financial industry during the processof accurate poverty alleviation in Chuzhou City are combed, andtargeted solutions are proposed. It is hoped that Chuzhou City willachieve full revitalization of the countryside and the two 100-yeargoal, realizing agricultural development, and building beautifulrural areas with well-off farmers.
