摘要
文章从游客体验角度出发,以网络游记为研究文本,利用ROST Content Mining 6软件对收集的文本进行内容分析,从旅游景观体验、旅游环境体验、旅游设施与服务体验、旅游目的地综合形象体验4个方面,深入分析游客对苏州运河景区的体验与印象,最后为提升游客的苏州运河旅游体验及苏州运河旅游品牌建设提出策略和建议。
From the point of view of tourist experience, this paper analyzes the content of the collected text by usingROST Content Mining 6 software to analyze the content of the collected text, taking the online travel notes as the re?search text, and from the aspects of tourism landscape experience, tourism environment experience, tourism facilitiesand service experience. The tourism destination comprehensive image experience four aspects, deeply analyzes the tour?ist experience and the impression to the Suzhou canal scenic spot, finally puts forward the strategy and the suggestion topromote the tourists’Suzhou canal tourism experience and the Suzhou Canal tourism brand construction.
