摘要
大学生创新创业训练计划项目是提升学生科技创新能力的重要手段,本文引入PDCA循环质量持续改进理念,构建基于PDCA质量管理模式来对大学生创新项目实施全面质量管理,使得在整个项目的实施过程中变目标管理模式为质量管理模式。
College students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship training program is an important means to enhance theinnovation ability of students,this paper introduce the concept of PDCA cycle continuous quality improvement,based onthe PDCA quality management mode of college students＇ innovative project implementation of total qualitymanagement,in the entire project implementation process variable target management mode for quality managementmode.
