根据我国人民传统的养老习惯和收入水平,家庭养老仍将是我国大多数家庭首选的养老方式,独生子女更加需要堂亲、表亲的家族聚居模式,而适合于家庭养老的住宅——多代同居型住宅和适合于独生子女家族聚居型住宅当前还非常稀缺。本文对多代同居型家族聚居住宅产生的背景、户型、优点进行了分析和论述。
