我国约在2025年进入深度老龄化社会,因人口年龄结构变动而产生的"第一次人口红利"即将消失,因此重视人力资本投资成为了必然选择。要推动区域经济社会又快又好的发展,关键在于人才,在于高校的共同努力。高校应进一步树立科学的人才观、明确办学定位、完善培养模式、健全管理体制,秉持以人为本、以质取胜的教育理念,推动地方院校实现"内涵式"发展。

About 2025,in our country,society will enter an advanced stage of aging,due to the population changes inthe age structure of the ＂first demographic dividend＂ will soon disappear,and it is an inevitable choice to pay attention tothe investment of human capital.In order to promote the good and rapid development of the regional economic andsocial,the key lies in the talent and the joint efforts of colleges and universities.Colleges and universities should further toestablish the view of scientific talents,clear the orientation of running a school,perfect the training mode,perfect themanagement system,uphold the educational idea of people-oriented and quality-win and promote the development of＂connotative＂ in the local colleges and universities.
