新疆少数民族大学生综合能力弱的原因分析

Analysis on the Reasons for the Weak Comprehensive Ability of Ethnic Minority Students in Xinjiang

国家对少数民族教育的推崇力度越来越大,但培养出来的新疆少数民族大学生的综合能力相对较差,本文主要围绕新疆少数民族大学生的风俗习惯的约束、宗教阻碍、家庭教育的不重视、落后的基础教育、语言障碍、缓慢的社会化进程、落后的经济条件、不明确的学习动机、专业选择问题和超大的就业压力等方面分析原因。

The states towards the push of strength for the minorities education is becoming more and moreincreasing,but the comprehensive ability of ethnic minority students in XinJiang is relatively poor,this paper mainlyfocuses on the following reasons：the habits and customs minority college students in Xinjiang are constraint,the neglectof family education,the backward basic education,the language barrier,poor economic conditions,social process,learningmotivation is not clear,professional selection problem and the huge employment pressure.
