摘要
市场营销专业是一门综合性、应用性很强的学科,主要培养学生的市场理念、销售技能、策划思维和创新意识。基于生产性实训平台的"超市学校"建设,学生在真实顾客、真实商品、真实岗位的情境中,校企共育学生的职业技能,符合市场需求,可提高学生的积极性。本文采用实证研究的方法,基于假设前提,厘清概念、对象、教学模式等问题,在实用主义思想、工学交替理论、职业教育成本分担理论的指引下,通过调查研究、数据分析、标本论证得出研究结论,针对实施过程中的问题修正,旨在生产性实训平台中建立满足中职营销实训教学的长效实施机制。
Marketing major is a comprehensive and applied subject,which mainly cultivate students' marketing ideas,sales skills,planning thinking and innovation consciousness.School and enterprise cultivate students' vocational skillstogether based on the production training platform of the "supermarket school" construction.Students are in the realenvironment by facing real customerselling real goods and being a real position.This not only satisfies market demandbut also improves the enthusiasm of students.This paper adopts an empirical study based on the premise of hypothesis,toclarify the concept,object,teaching model and other issues.Under the theoretic instruction which are pragmatism,alternation of work-study and "cost sharing principle" in vocational education,the purpose of this paper is to establishalong-term implementation mechanism to meet the practical training of secondary vocational marketing by means ofinvestigation and research,data analysis,specimen demonstration to obtain the research conclusion,and the problemcorrection in the process of implementation.
