为实现"十三五"跨越式发展,学院结合自身特点推进合理引进人才,加快人才队伍、平台、社会服务、学科专业等多方面的建设。面对学科建设发展中仍存在科学布局不合理、高端人才匮乏、国际化和知名度较低等问题,对人才的引进思路和措施还有待提高。

In order to realize the leaping development of college in 13th five-year,with its own characteristics topromote the rational introduction of talent,speed up talent,platform,social service,discipline and other aspects of thebuilding.Facing the problems of irrational scientific layout,lack of high-end talents,low internationalization andpopularity,there are still some ideas and measures to improve the introduction of talents.
