摘要
教学评估是大学英语教学的重要组成部分。随着终结性评估的弊端日益凸显,形成性评估在国内日益流行。形成性评估是对教学过程的评估,同时也是教师获得教学反馈信息的重要依据,以便教师能够及时调整教学方法和内容,最终达到提高教学质量的目的。本文以唐山学院为例,通过结合形成性评估的理论基础,对大学英语教学进行了评估方式的改革,改变了传统的重终结性、轻形成性的评估模式,提高了学生的自主学习能力和学习效果。
Teaching evaluation is an important part of college English teaching.As the disadvantages of summativeassessment are more and more obvious,formative assessment has become popular in China.Formative assessment is theevaluation of studying process in which teachers get feedback of teaching and adjust teaching contents and methods,thusimproving the quality of teaching.In this paper,the author combines the basic theory of formative assessment and changesthe traditional evaluation pattern that values summative evaluation in Tangshan College.Through the reform ofevaluation method in college English teaching,the students improved their English autonomous learning ability.
