系统控制视域下本科人才培养质量闭环保障体系研究与实践 被引量:3

摘要 质量保障体系建设是人才培养工作的重要环节,是确保人才培养质量、提升高等教育水平的重要保障。目前国内高校已经基本完成了本科人才培养质量保障体系建设,其主要存在缺少量化考核标准、缺乏第三方反馈和缺失质量文化建设等共性问题。基于系统控制理论将本科专业质量标准设置为给定输入,以培养过程为控制器,以学生为受控对象,以学生知识素质能力为输出,将本科人才培养工作具象成为了闭环系统。以此为基础构建的本科人才培养质量闭环保障体系,形成了"质量监测—问题反馈—过程修正—质量监测"的正向循环,实现了对人才培养全过程的保障和监控,确保人才培养质量不断提高。 The construction of quality assurance system is an important link in the talents training,and is animportant guarantee to ensure the quality of talents training and to improve the level of higher education.At present,thedomestic universities have basically completed the construction of the quality assurance system for the training ofundergraduate talents.There are common problems such as lack of quantitative assessment standards,lack of feedbackfrom third parties,and lack of quality culture.Based on the theory of system control,the undergraduate quality standard isset asa given input,the training process is the controller,the student is the controlled object,the knowledge,quality andability of student is output,it has become a closed-loop system for the training of undergraduate talents.Based on this,theclosed-loop guarantee system for the quality of undergraduate talents training has formed a positive cycle of qualitymonitoring - problem feedback- process correction - quality monitoring',has achieved the guarantee and monitoringof the whole process of talents training,and ensures the continuous improvement of the quality of talents training.
