目的:探讨了LBL结合TBL教学模式在营养与食品卫生学授课过程中应用的教学效果,为提高营养与食品卫生学课程的教学质量提供理论依据。方法:以预防医学本科专业的学生作为研究对象,采用调查问卷的方式对LBL结合TBL教学模式在营养与食品卫生学教学研究中的效果进行分析评价。结果:LBL结合TBL教学模式有助于激发学生的学习积极性、提高学生的自学能力、进一步加深对专业课理论知识的理解和应用以及培养团队合作能力等。结论:LBL结合TBL教学模式在营养与食品卫生学课程的教学过程中是可行且值得推广的。

Objective：to explore the teaching effect of LBL combined with TBL teaching mode in the teaching ofnutrition and food hygiene.Methods：to prevent the medical undergraduate students as the research object,adopt the wayof questionnaire to the LBL,TBL teaching model in the study of nutrition and food hygiene teaching effect analysis andevaluation.Results：LBL,TBL teaching model helps to stimulate students＇ study enthusiasm,improve students＇ self-studyability,further deepen understanding of the major theoretical knowledge and application,training team cooperationability,etc.Conclusion：LBL combined with TBL teaching mode is feasible and worth promoting in the course ofnutrition and food hygiene.
