通信电子类学生工程实践能力培养探索——以专任教师担任班主任为例

Exploration on the Training of Engineering Practice Ability of Communication Electronics Students——A Case Study by Taking the Professional Teacher as the Head Teacher

摘要 当前我国通信电子类专业学生的培养过程往往是以传授通信、电子等理论课程知识为主,理论课程所占比重过大,势必会导致学生缺少工程实践能力的培养,无法满足通信电子类专业的培养目标。本文主要针对通信电子类教学改革的必要性、改革的目标、改革的要点、改革的优点进行分析,并以自身担任班主任的教学实践为例提出了一种改革的途径。 At present,the training process of communication electronics majors in China is often based on theteaching of communication and electronic theories.The proportion of the theoretical courses is too large,which willinevitably lead to the lack of the training of the students' ability in engineering practice,and cannot meet the trainingobjectives of the communications electronics major.This paper mainly analyzes the necessity of teaching reform,the goalsof reform,the essentials of reform and the advantages of reform,and puts forward a case study based on the teachingpractice of being a head teacher in charge of a class.
