摘要
本文设计了基于STC89C52单片机的温度控制系统。开发了PC机测控软件,通过串口通信实时对实验平台发送PID参数、PID控量、PWM周期、目标温度等控制参数,实时采集并保存来自实验平台的温度数据,并做出温度曲线。该平台经过实验验证取得了较为满意的控制效果,可以帮助学生更好地理解和灵活掌握PID控制理论,提高学生的综合能力和创新能力。
A kind of temperature control system is designed based on STC89C52 MCU.The measurement andcontrol software of PC,which not only can real-time send a lot of control parameters,like PID parameters,controllednumber of PID,PWM period,target temperature,etc,to the experimental platform,but also can collect and save thetemperature data from the experimental platform,and make the temperature curve by the serial communication,havebeen development.A satisfying control effect has been obtained by this platform,which can help students to understandand master the theory knowledge of PID,and improve the comprehensive ability and innovative ability.
