摘要
为了适应人才培养需要和优化课程教学,本文探讨了学术型研究生《高级食品化学》课程的全英语教学模式的探索与实践方法,文章结合在教学实践过程中存在的问题,分别从:(1)制作专业外语资料及全英文课件;(2)加强教学互动,激发学生的自学能力;(3)尝试课堂教学与微课MOOC翻转教学模式相结合;(4)构建《高级食品化学》全英语教学的质量考核机制几个方面进行了讨论。
In order to meet the needs of talent culturing and curriculum optimization,this paper discussed theexploration and practice of the methods in teaching postgraduate "Advanced Food Chemistry" lectured in English.Aiming at solving problems existed,some modes were proposed from the aspects of the preparation of power points andreferences,introduction of MOOC in class,and mechanismof examination.
