摘要
《生物电子显微镜技术》是面向研究生开放的一门实用性强的实验课程。本文从理论授课和实验两方面浅谈生物电子显微镜课程的设置和教学方案。理论授课时采用比较的方法讲授电子显微镜的基础知识,重点突出电子显微镜生物制样技术,跟进电镜领域技术新进展,学生自主学习和理论与实践相结合等教学方案;并设置一半学时为实验课,使学生切实学到电子镜显微镜理论知识和掌握电子显微镜应用技术。
The "Biological Electron Microscopy Technique" is a practical course for postgraduates.Here we discussthe curriculums program, teaching plan and experiment arrangement based on theoretical and experimental lessons.Theteaching plan is: comparison method to teach the elemental knowledge; emphases the important of role of biologicalsample preparation of electron microscopy; keep up with the new progress of technology; active learning of students andcombine theory with practice.And half of class hours to are experimental lesson to ensure that the students have acomprehensive grasp of the biological electron microscopy technique.
