摘要
一些教学型高校的教师不仅要完成繁重的教学任务,还要努力写论文申项目达到晋升职称的要求,其中以青年教师最为典型。本文分析了青年教师的教学和科研现状及原因,并给出了在教学和科研的双重压力下,青年教师进行应对的建议。
Some teachers of teaching oriented college should complete the arduous task of teaching,but also try towrite the paper and project to achieve the requirements of promotion,which is the most typical of young teachers.Thispaper analyzes the status quo and the reasons of young teachers＇ teaching and research,and also gives suggestions foryoung teachers under the double pressure of teaching and scientific research.
