地方师范院校转型发展中存在的困境与对策

The Predicament of Local Normal University during Transformation Development Period and Countermeasures

针对目前地方师范院校转型发展工科专业过程中存在的部分困难,如工科师资缺乏、学生专业思想不强及实践教学条件欠缺等,本文提出地方师范院校在转型发展中需要建立一支适合工科发展的师资队伍,加强学生的专业教育,改善实践教学条件,科学制订人才培养方案等,以加快师范院校转型发展,提高人才培养质量。

There are some predicaments in local normal university during transformation development,such asshortage of teachers,poor professional thought and poor practice conditions.This paper proposes some strategies andsuggestions on the improvement of engineering major during transformation development of engineering course innormal university.The strategies include construct the high diathesis teaching staff,reinforcement professional thought,improvement practice conditions and optimization education plan. This is helpful to accelerate development andimprove talent training quality.
