高校学生出国留学适应性训练研究初探

A Study on the Adaptive Training for University Students Studying-Abroad

近年来,随着各高校合作院校及合作项目的拓展,越来越多的在校生拥有了更多出国交流学习的机会。学生在国外是否能顺利适应陌生的学习和生活环境,已成为了学生能否如期完成学业的重要因素之一。通过分析高校学生赴国外适应性训练方面存在的问题,探讨高校如何从心理建设、生活行为辅导、学习方法适应、政策扶持等方面来构建支持体系,以便更好地提升出国项目管理工作的成效性和规范性,提高学生在外求学的成就感和幸福感。

In recent years,with the expansion of cooperative programs between Chinese and foreign universities,more and more students have more opportunities to study abroad. Whether students can smoothly adopt themselves intoa complete new learning and living environment in foreign countries has become one of the important factors forstudents to successfully complete their studies as scheduled. This article try to analyse the existing problems in students＇studying-aborad and discuss about how the university should do to set up the supportive system from the perspective ofpsychological support,life training,study method training and policy management,thus enhancing the effectiveness of themanagement of cooperative programs and improving the students＇ study in the sense of achievement and happiness.
