Discussion on Quality Improvement of Applied Talents in Newly Built Local Colleges——Taking Hetao College as an Example

人才培养质量的高低直接关系到地方本科院校的生存与发展。河套学院作为内蒙古自治区西部的一所新建地方本科院校,要面向区域经济和社会发展培养高素质应用型人才,应该转变教育观念,明确应用型人才培养的目标定位,加强应用型人才培养教学改革工作,培养"双师双能型"教师队伍,深化校企合作,不断提升应用型人才培养质量。

The quality of talents training is directly related to the survival and development of local undergraduatecolleges and universities. As a newly established local undergraduate college in Western Inner Mongolia,Hetao Collegeshould train high-quality talents for regional economic and social development,change the concept of education,makeclear the target orientation of the training of application-oriented talents,strengthen the teaching reform of the trainingof application-oriented talents,train a team of ＂dual teachers and dual abilities＂ teachers,and deepen cooperationbetween schools and enterprises,to improve the quality of applied talents training.
