高职院校学生就业能力现状的调查研究——以广东省外语艺术职业学院为例

Investigation and Research on the Present Situation of Students' Employability in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Guangdong Teachers College of Foreign Language and Arts as an Example

本文对大学生就业能力现状的问卷调查结果和高职学生就业能力不足的原因进行了详细分析,在此基础上从学生、学校以及政府三方面探索性地提出了提高大学生就业能力的建议。

This paper makes a detailed analysis of the survey results of the present situation of college students＇employability and the reasons for the insufficiency of the students＇ employability in higher vocational colleges.On thisbasis,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the employment ability of college students from threeaspects：students,schools and the government.
