摘要 移动互联网高速发展背景下催生了一个全媒体时代,"90后"学生产生的碎片化学习习惯对以讲授为主的传统教学提出了前所未有新的挑战。所以本文通过分析微模式教学较之传统教学的相对优势,提出从理念、方向、规划、流程四个方面构建全媒体时代下的《管理心理学》微模式教学进而提升碎片化学习的效果。 Under the background of high-speed mobile Internet development has given rise to a full media era,after 90 students of fragmentation study habits to give priority to in order to teach the traditional teaching put forward unprecedented new challenges.So in this article,through analysis of micro teaching compared with traditional teaching pattern of comparative advantage,put forward the idea and direction,planning,process four aspects to build the entire media under the age of the micro model of management psychology,teaching raise fragmentation effect to learn.
