"茶山号子"是湖南省辰溪县世居少数民族"七姓瑶"人民所独有的民间歌谣和国家级非物质文化遗产保护项目。怀化学院图书馆作为本土的高校图书馆,应当积极履行自身的社会职能,充分发挥区位优势和资源优势,促进"茶山号子"的传承和发展。

＂Chashan Song＂,a national intangible cultural heritage project,is an unique ballad which belongs to the＂Qixing Yao＂ethnic minority who live in Chenxi County,Hunan Province for generations. Library of Huaihua University,as a local university library,should actively perform its own social functions,give full play to its location and resource advantages to promote the inheritance and development of the ＂Chashan Song＂.
