95后在校大学生关注的核心问题研究

Research on the Core Issues of Concern in Post-95-generation College Students

通过访谈和调研,寻找95后在校大学生关注的核心问题,并将找寻的"核心问题"与大学生心理问题及继而引发的安全问题进行关联,从大学生自身、辅导员和高校管理部门三个角度提出建议,并从总体上提出解决思路:基于调研,找到问题;基于辅导员角色定位,找到沟通和交流问题的办法;规划和设计新的课堂内外,打造安全教育管理新平台。

This article aims at the current college students who are born after 1995 to find the most important issue of this stage of college students through interviews and research. The article seeks for the connection between the ＂core problem＂and the security problems that are caused by the psychological problems of college students and puts forward suggestions and solutions from the perspectives of students themselves,counselors and college management departments. Solutions are based on researches to find problems,the role of counselors to find ways to communicate,and planning and designing a new classroom to create a platform for safety education management.
