吉林省高校武术社团发展困境与优化路径研究

On the Development Dilemma and Optimization Path of College Wushu Community in Jilin Province

文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等,对吉林省高校武术社团发展现状进行调查,找寻所存在的不足之处,并提出优化策略。研究认为:吉林省高校武术社团发展的困境主要是武术教学体系滞后、场馆器材缺乏维护、师资队伍建设薄弱、学员参与意识不强等。建议:优化吉林省高校武术社团的组织与管理、激发学员对武术学习的兴趣、加强政府主管部门对高校武术社团的支持力度、积极动员社会力量助力高校武术社团的可持续发展。

This article uses the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, etc., to investigate the current situation ofthe development of jilin province university Wushu associations, to find the existing deficiencies, and put forward the optimizationstrategies. The research suggests： the plight of jilin province university Wushu community development mainly includes Wushu trainingsystem lag, lack of venues, equipment maintenance, construction of teachers team, student participation is not strong, weak managementmechanism, all the students’ poor learning motivation. Suggestions of the study： optimizing the organization and management of jilinprovince university Wushu associations, regular students motivation of Wushu training, strengthening the support of the governmentdepartments in the college Wushu community, actively mobilizeing social forces to boost the sustainable development of the Wushucommunity in colleges and universities.
